Abstract

This research is motivated by observational data which shows the acquisition of goat manure in Blitar Regency, but in the process of utilization it is still traditional and not optimal. One of the efforts to respond to this, the researchers conducted research on waste treatment to increase the benefits of the goat manure obtained. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the physical quality of compost. This research was conducted on several samples with different compositions, with a total sample treatment of 20 treatments. The results showed differences in quality in each composition of each treatment. With the experimental method, we get results of different compost qualities so that the utilization of goat manure is maximized and can increase agricultural yields. From the data, it is recommended to use this research method to produce quality and effective compost for plant growth.
